Sorry, we're not supporting the DOS version anymore. Anyone feeling like it can take up the challenge, though. Source's available, as usual. Yes, I know... I already tried to contact mpxplay's developer but no response... :| so I've came here to get some answers. So would it be possible? I think so...

Hello all, Maybe a crazy/stupid idea but would it be possible to make the dos version of zsnes to autodetect the (compatible) sound card/driver like mpxplay does? It would be a great add-on that autodetects the old sound cards without all that set blaster stuff or the right drivers for the card and ...

download upx , type "upx -d zsnesw.exe -o zsnesD.exe" at a command line in the zsnes folder. open zsnesD.exe with a hex editor, and put a bunch of spaces overwriting said text. optionally recompress zsnesD.exe to save over 2 megabytes. Thanks! :) I've played around with upx and my hex-edi...

The best part is where he's using Auto State Save/Load from a cd. Do I really need to explain everything? It takes to much time but for you I'll try... because it's already disabled.

when I start a rom (stand-alone, not in the gui) from the panel, it starts without the rom info stuff but when I double-click a smc file (associated with the same command line) it shows me that rom info :|
