What do you mean by "the program cannot do it"? What this guy wants is to modify zmovie.cfg to produce higher resolutions using mencoder.exe and lame.exe. The program i put there modifies the parameters of zmovie.cfg so when producing recorded video it is saved with the selected resolution...
