ZSNES has the most iconic UI.

LOL, that is a LAN IP address you mentioned and not your WAN IP which is what would be banned..

it some times varies from game to game...
some games use decimal values well others encode in hex (but still use only decimal 0-9)

Where is your files located on your PC?
if your using the default PROGRAM FILES folders YOU will run into issues...
