Was I supposed to turn off Level 1 and 2 CPU cache in the bios before running memtest86? I didn't, and ran memtest with default settings for 10 hours and like 18 passes and it didn't find any errors.

It only has one stick, 512MB PC133, Infineon. Why, I don't know, I didn't build this computer. But I tried switching the stick to another slot, and did some spring cleaning while I was at it by removing all the dust buildup inside the comp. The problem with zBattle is that it is closed source--no source code means that no one can improve it except the original author, who appears to have stopped working on it.
