More super smart joy fun :(

Post by Gnomeknight »

Ive looked through these forums and i havent seen this issue brought up. If i missed something please link me up and ill be happy to delete the topic " If i can" Either way

When plugging in the super smart joy adapter into one of my empty usb ports i get the normal windows " New usb hardward detected, blah blah blah, may not have been installed properly and may not work correctly " Or something to that effect. Tryed going into my drivers, uninstalling it, and installing the controler manualy, And no go. Any sugguestions?

super smart joy for the SNES
Windows Xp 1st edition

Thank you in advance eh. Sorry if im repeating a question thats allready been asked and ive missed. Thank you

Ooook. The controler is working with rocknes, But not with zsnes. Alas i have the exact same version of zsnes on this computer that i do on my kids computer "The adapter, both of them, and both controlers work perfectly with thier zsnes" So now im wondering, What am i doing wrong with zsnes? Im hitting set, and setting the keys, no go. Do i need to download another emulator? Any reccomendations? Cheers

EDIT: A. Please don't double-post, there is an Image button for a reason.
B. Massive zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator)-age in your second post.

Carry on.

Regular users can't delete their threads, much less their posts on this board. Even if we were to grant users the ability to delete their posts, you can't delete the thread now, because someone posted in it.

Did you click the set keys (iirc) button (as well as KEYB/JOYSTICK) under Input #1 ?

Why are you not using Windows XP w/ service pack 2 ?
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

His choice. I don't use SP2 either. Call me lazy and paranoid + bad experiences.
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

There's nothing wrong with SP2, and you can disable the extra services if they bother you oh so much. No reason not to upgrade, imo.

Yes, I'm perfectly aware of that.

OP: You MUST select "Keyb/Joystick" BEFORE you click "Set".

...just making sure.
