It should check if it is possible to locally open the port (makes a simple echo connection)

Which ports is it using? People have to port forward?

The test is done using the port specified in the apposite box

Double click the textbox. Do you think typing the rom filename is worth?

I think it might be a pain for some people if they have a ton of roms. An option to use a dialogue popup window would be nice, imo. That way a user can pick what they want to do - either type it in, or use dialogue.

Download v0.3 command line ZeNP

Now you can start getting some fun from it. I am still working on the frontend and on a .INI file for the command line version, but you can perfectly use it from now, many thanks to FistOfFury for his great help on testing!!

I have my roms in folder c:\zsnes\roms
I have my zsnes executable in c:\zsnes\zsnesw.exe
My nickname is legolas558, my friend's nickname is gifa003
I put zenp.exe in the c:\zsnes folder

So I will play typing:

And your friend, having done the same, will type

That's (almost) all folks. Explore the other options yourself, they are briefly documented. The -t option will enable tcp (for server) and the -c option will force to be client (dont use both!!)
