change rom paragraph

I just wanted to change the NO ROM REQUESTS paragraph because it is not true. It is just not allowed to ask for commercial games.

There are many pages, for example zophar.net and many others. I can understand that developers are annoyed to answer the same question again and again, and you could pin this topic for example and everyone could post the best legal rom sites.

To clarify: "Legal" ROMs = "homebrew" ROMs

Another site is www.pdroms.com

Be sure to warn users that there isn't much good SNES homebrew going on out there, though.

Most emulator users (n00bs especially) rarely bother to even look at homerewn games. And Pentium is right.

Clarifying doesn't mean to post misinformation.

There are plenty of non homebrew that are legal too.

I would request to change NO ROM REQUESTS in NO COMMERCIAL ROM REQUESTS, I doubt it will help much, but I think it would be more clear.

What do you think?

It's best just to say "NO ROM REQUESTS" and leave it at that. If we leave any indication that some ROM requests are allowed, it might cause people who don't know the difference in homebrew and commercial to request commercial ROMs.

Except for the people too stupid to know what R.O.M. stands for in relation to emulation...
