i dont know if this is the right board but how do i apply the translation patch????? PLZ HELP

1. get Zsnes
2. unzip BL rom
3. unzip translation
4. rename rom as same thing as translation (i.e. BL.smc and BL.ips ips is translation patch, smc is rom file)
5. Load .smc file in zsnes

Either use a tool to patch the rom OR give the rom and the patch the same name and ZSNES will soft patch it.
for example
blagoon.smc
blagoon.ips
for example
blagoon.smc
blagoon.ips
