ZSNES quit working >_>

I used to use this a lot then quit now when I try to use it, all that comes up is a black box and the only way to get rid of it is to completely shut down the process. Any help?

The .cfg files that are in the emulator folder.

Well that made it work but I'd much rather play in a small window rather than full screen.

Read the docs seriously, they tell you how you can play in a Window.
