monitor power down ignores USB gamepad input. (re-report?)

not sure if this was reported before... but i use USB game pads to play snes games in the emulator and after the time specified in power savings to switch the monitor elapses without keyboard input... the screen will turn off.

I'm pretty sure that the problem is with Windows, and not ZSNES. (Unless you're requesting that ZSNES also disables the monitor power-off feature of Windows when the "disable screensaver" options is active. That'd be pretty handy.)

i forgot that the search feature here actually works... i had a fuzzy memory about something similar about this and as such wasn't entirely sure if i was repeating something.

Ok, committed a fix for this purpose. You must check the "Disable Screensaver" option for this to work. All power options should be disabled while this option is enabled.

Edit: The option has now changed to "Disable Power Management" because of changed behavior.
