It helps if you read the docs to answer said question. Also, please reduce the size of your sig or it will be removed for you.Zachary Harger wrote:Hey I just have to say this new release of ZSNES is great,I just tried,If I had a credit crad I would donate, but I don't have one.I'm new too.Does this new version also support netplay or not yet?

To Nach, Pagefault, Deathlikes2, grinvador, ipher, Jones Quinn, Bizquix and everyone else who works on zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator)....
I am not brownnosing...this message is from the heart....
I just read the list of changes, and cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for this new release. I mean seriously....seriously....you guys have gone beyond the call of duty on this one.
I honestly often sit here and wonder if this is real. I mean, the fact that we can play all of our favorite SNES games on our laptop and take them with us, is just mindblowing. Hell, the whole idea of emulation still blows my mind even today, after years of using them!
But the thing that gets me is how there are emu devs like you out there who still strive to give back to the community and the fans. I thought zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator) had pretty much been abandoned by now, and yet here you guys are, still coding away at one of the greatest emulators on the face of the earth. You guys are on the same page as we are. We are among the few that still enjoys old school 2D SNES games and some of us prefer them to the newer Xbox/PS3/Wii generation of 3D games.
Anyway this is getting a bit mushy so I'll just stop and say thank you thank you THANK YOU guys for still caring and giving back. You guys are my heroes!
I will just end it by saying we, SNES fans, are EXTREMELY lucky to have guys like Zach, Pagefault, Deathnight2, and the remaining zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator) team here among us. They have LITERALLY made it possible for many of us to continue enjoying our beloved SNES games on our PCs by giving us and improving this emulator.
Thanks again guys and Merry Christmas

I think that's a little too optimistic. There's a better chance for a New Year's release...BaD.BoY wrote:Thanks ZSNES Team, an awesome job!

Well I just was looking over the change log, and I noticed some things which have somewhat significant importance where left out of the change log. Yes we really did a lot.
Guess one shouldn't release early morning especially when delirious.

lemme guess... come easter our characters in game are going to be replaced with walking talking easter eggs?
nice snow. i was wondering what that was.
thanks for the 1.50, it rocks. if only i could have this machine with which i could play my Z SNES on the road. like game boy advance sp with two extra buttons and a usb connection instead of the game boy link up dock. and removing the cartridge dock, so you can add perhaps a little hard drive 200 gig? ^^ would rock so bad!
but with Z SNES being so mighty and powerful and dammit kickass and my visualboyadvance being functional but nothing more... could there be any chance that the gods behind Z SNES make a Z GBA? ^^ same GUI and everything, just for Game Boy classic, color and advance games.
please make my new year's wish come true.
I have only 70 or so more years to live :s i was born alive and doctors say that's 100% terminal.
Z SNES freakin' rocks! well done!
