Bahamut Lagoon sound test

Post by tree56 »

I'm trying to get to the sound test on the BL ROM that was done by DeJap and I can't get to it. Appaerently you have to hold L and R together then reset the game. But like with Chrono Trigger you cant hold down 2 buttons at once, so I tapped L and R in rapid succession and it worked (you know to open the secret door in that dome). How do I get t the SE on BL?? HELP!!!!

Hold L+R, hit ESC to goto the menu, and click on the Reset button.

I try to hold L & R but when I press Esc nothing happens. Do I hold them but then relese and then press Esc? I am confused!

I looked on that website and found out about the L+R combo, i just can't execute it!

While holding L+R, you also hit the ESC button. Then, click on Reset.

Arg. I've done this three times straight with 100% success. This is VERY SIMPLE.

Hold the L+R buttons (NOT THE L AND R keys on your keyboard, but the appropriate keys mapped to the buttons). Then, hit the ESC key. (You may let go of keys for the L+R buttons now.) Use the mouse and click on "Reset" and then click "Yes".

DONE IT! I figured out the problem. I JUST downloaded ZSNES 1.5. I had 1.42 and it reassigned my button layout! Before L + R were Q + W. This time they were D + C. All is well now. Sorry to take your time!

1.42 works with Bahamut Lagoon fine... but if you updated to 1.42 at some point, you would have needed to delete the cfg+dat files for your own sake...

I've just found a SPC player that can play the tracks. It's a bit crackly though.

However, it's funny how a sig about supporting good grammar has "Dont" written in it.

Just one?
I'm not one to be a nazi over little details especially if it looks like a typo.
However I don't like large amount of errors for native English speakers.

There's a big difference between typing "were i kan get hlp 4 dis gaem" and typing "Where can I get hlep for this game?"
