yea, how bout a way to adjust how fast the turbo is?
sometimes i want it to be faster, but i dont want it to be like 4000 frames a second

The board was recently reset to scratch. Old posts are gone. So, you can't really check.
Adding new features is limited by the time they require to be coded. I don't know exactly how zsnes' current fast forward is coded (I guess it's just a frameskip = 9 ; thing of some sort) but adding such a feature would pose some problems, especially the 'adding new option require GUI modification'...

<jmr> bsnes has the most accurate wiki page but it takes forever to load (or something)

From what I get, 'use 30 Hz for turbo' means your turbo will be frameskip 1. Current turbo is fixed at frameskip 9.
But I could be wrong.

Ok, maybe it was just me, but I always thought the "use 30 Hz for turbo" was related to how fast many times per second pressing a turbo button sends a signal (i.e.: the Turbo buttons you set in Device Selection).
