Rockman X3 Genesis hack

Hey I was wondering if any hacks tried to complete or add to finshing the rockman x3 genesis hack that was floating arund form back in the day. Or anywhere were i might be able to find a little history about it.

It just didnt get finshed is what looks like happened. Still one of the more impressive hacks i've seen. No amature hacks seem to get anywhere as good as this.
