Networked media player?

So lately I have been thinking about buying a Neuros OSD. I was originally thinking of building a Micro-ATX set top box to do the same thing, but cant make it come in under what they want for the neuros, even when I pilfer things from my other computers.

Does anyone have any experience with the Neuros?
