ZSNES won't start

My ZSNES won't start. I have the latest version and latest WIP. It used to run fine, then one day it stopped starting. It always is "Not Responding" in task manager. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? I have a high-end computer, so performance is not an issue.

Try deleting your zsnesw.cfg file, and re-running zsnesw.exe.
