Getting Weird Messages On ZSNES

Everytime I open up ZSNES I have been getting weird messages that pop up in a box and require pressing the space bar to make them go away. For example I have gotten messages about how I should be spending time with family, how ZSNES was created by fish, and how I should use a different SNES emulator other than ZSNES. Is this a weird April Fools trick that pops up, or some sort of hack or something???

First I saw of it, I've used ZSNES on and off though. ANYWAY, these popups are a pain in Vista (Just like ZSNES is overall in Vista). You gotta keep trying to focus ZSNES, whailing on the spacebar until it finally accepts it.

because a virus will pop up relevant and funny messages using the zsnes gui only on april first. get a clue.
