Need help about save...

I've been playing a game for ages and now I save,restart and when I try to open state I get a black screen only...is it possible to go back to an earlier save?! Please no tell me I have to start from the beginning!

Have you used the in-game save points? This might be your only hope.

Never happened to me...

Nope I used the quick save button...no in game save points...so no hope I guess...

There is a savestate bug in some of the WIPs, I believe.
If you're using a newer version of ZSNES from the original one you first saved on,
try to boot-up an older version of ZSNES.
Then do an in-game save, then go back to the newer ZSNES version.

If that doesn't work you can always use Snes9x if you really want to, Zsnes has never had any problems with saving for me...
