i have this NSRT program to scan my snes roms is also a good program out there to scan n64 roms if it is plese tell me where i can get it

Search for Goodtools.

Though those who are in the N64 scene might know a better one.

I think uCON64 along with one of the ROM Center DATs is decent.

No, uCON64 is for like 20 different systems.
