Which programs do you guys recommend to record streamed music from imeem, pandora, etc?

I have been using Audacity, but its recording ability is poor

you can't get any better than the initial recording.

don't compress it.

winamp and foobar probably has stream ripping plugins. I'm not referring to the disk writer, though. That would require either saving it as .wav and recompressing or having large files lying around. There are also specialized programs for this. Also, im pretty sure mplayer (not wmplayer, the open source, command line one) has an option to dump streams.

Yeah, Winamp has a stream ripper plugin. I forgot what it's called though.

You can specify a file in the last tab of the "Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder" plugin configuration.
