a possibly stupid question,but im confused :(

i tried to open up the zsnes,which i just downloaded yesterday,and it said it didnt support 24-bit colors,only 16 and 32.i dont know why i got that,or how to deal with it.
please help!

You need to change your Windows desktop bit depth to 16 or 32-bit.
