Morph Ball jump (Super Metroid Redesign)

I was wondering if anyone has set up a key combo or something similar that does a morph ball jump in Super Metroid redesign with out having to learn the precise timing that I can't seam to get down no mater how much I practice (Many many years) and how did you set it up if you have? Thanks in advance
