Super Scope compatibility

Is there any way that I can setup ZSNES (or any other emulator) to where I can use the Super Scope or other light gun?

Yes you can. Try reading the documentation that comes with the emulator.

barring that, use NSRT and add a special NSRT header to the Super Scope using ROMs so you can automagically use the Scope support

I think he means to use it with an actual light gun as a pointer, not a mouse emulating a light gun.
