Help with proxies or ip masking

I'm trying play Monster Hunter Online however you need a Japanese ip to do this.

I need to know away to go about setting up a constant japanese proxy.
Is there anyway I can run a proxy that would mask my ip when the game goes to check for my ip's region?

best thing to do is to find a Japanese proxy.

Yes I can find one but, I don't know how to change my proxy accept when i'm using a internet browser. How do you set one up to constantly run?
