Looking for a platform game

You played this guy who someone shrinks himself. The levels are basically just the guy's houses, and I'm not too sure, but he might have been wearing some kind of green suit like from a surplus store and might have been sporting sunglasses with spike hair. It might have been released for the Genesis too...

Any information would be helpful thanks.
