A well made Grow clone (please don't post solution)

Found the solution:DEFIANT wrote:Well I got the sun and the strange amoeba things to max out.
*spoiler in macro text*
edit: removed solution. search "Flash tribute walkthrough on google or something"
thought it was easier than the real grow games. Basically more logical, less kawai than the originals.
Keee....
Missed this for whatever reason:

I should add that I was playing on a slow computer (P4, 1.7 GHz) and in fullscreen.

Re: COME! Bring me your flash games...
Ah canabalt was great. And I remember that achievement unlocked game, didn't know they made a sequel. I'll have to try it later just to find out what other weird achievements they could have come up with.
Speaking of old flash games, I recently played through (or read through, as they tend to call it) Cross Channel, the VN that Nanaca Crash was based on. It got a translation patch last year.
It's very difficult to read (not just the english translation - it's like that in the original japanese too) but utterly amazing if you stick with it to the end. Another producer of a very well known VN/anime (I think it was fate/stay night?) praised it, calling it an "insurmountable wall" or something that every other eroge dev else should strive for. It has stuck in my mind more than any other story I've read or watched lately. It's highly recommended, if you have the patience.
The patch even has an option not to show the hentai scenes if you don't like that sort of thing (but then, who doesn't? ;p) although they are actually very relevant to the story in this one. It also only has one single ending, if you're worried about having to play multiple times to see the full story. If you're one of those people who played Nanaca Crash about three million times (like me) then recognizing characters, voices and events makes it extra fun.
I don't expect anyone actually go out and play/read this, just cause of this post. But if you do, avoid every description of the plot, because a pretty major plot twist early on that changes the whole nature of the story gets spoiled fairly often in summaries and reviews.

Re: COME! Bring me your flash games...
lol no. The twist is actually kinda cliche in its own way though... but I haven't seen anybody give a shit, and for good reason. Also there's tons more to the story than just that, one just needs some patience to get to it.

Pretty bloody addictive considering all you do is press one button. And the music was awesome.
