[Feature Requests]DSR F video mode and more NTSC option

Post by z4ever »

In Zsnes,we have DS F or DR F video mode.
But I found the video mode in Snes9x which have a mode with D、S、R、F,which strenth to full streen and keep the aspect ratio.

About NTSC filter,I think it better for user to choose if strenth to full screen size.

For the first one I think they got that, read the docs. For the second one I'm not sure but from what I hear the implementation is kinda hacked on for now so I dunno about the possibility of that, I could be wrong, though.

AFAIK, the NTSC filter doesn't adhere to the R attribute... which probably could be corrected, but that isn't top priority at the moment to fix.

Are you referring the "Variable" option?
If true,it is SDL only.

Oh, you're using SDL, well that's a different issue altogether and requires significantly more work to add it in for SDL-OpenGL...

You never mentioned what port of ZSNES you were using, so it is difficult to determine what you are talking about.

I already answered your query in the first place anyways.

Variable modes only exist for the SDL port, which do not apply to you at all. If you are looking for Custom resolutions, look for the Custom video modes instead.

Here I still found no solution for DSR F video mode for me.
Here is my situation I want to set:
640x480 full screen resolution with 548x480 Variable images.
Any way in zsnes in windows?
