Yes, it has to be your own dump. It says YOU can make a copy. Not that any old fool can make a copy and you can copy his copy.Panzer88 wrote:do you have to dump it yourself too? or not, (I guess there's no way to prove it one way or the other besides if you had the dumping hardware or not)
Depends on if you extracted your ROM image from the VC emu it's packed into or if you downloaded another ROM image off the internet.also would owning a VC version count? or do you have to have a cart.
The fundamental issue with downloading ROM images is you aren't making a copy of your own software. Someone else is distributing copyrighted software illegally, and you're participating.
Not that they can really PROVE your ROM image isn't legit. But legally speaking....

<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

The DS does not have the GB-Z80 cpu hardware. It also does not have the necessary detection switch to, among other things, give the GB cart the 5V it needs to function.Joe Camacho wrote:Maybe they work, but just don't fit? I mentioned this awhile back, when they announced and released the DS they said it only plays GBA games.Joe Camacho wrote:So, no?whicker wrote:The DS does not have the GB-Z80 cpu hardware.
Seriously, what kind of asshole makes an old-school 2D emulator that requires a Core 2 to get full speed? >:(
It kinda vanished...
I'm not sure any stores near me still sell any GBA hardware , possibly a GBA SP...
It was weird , but like every SP I ever owned , always had some odd spec of dust or something somewhere on the screen drawing my attention and it was always on the inside of the screen...
