Hmm...

Advance Guardian Heroes: kinda poor compared to the Saturn original, but hey, Treasure games are always worth a shot.
Golden Sun: apparently a love/hate game, from what I read. Personally loved it (nothing original, but who needs original ? It's got awesome music, too). Oh, and by 'golden sun', I mean both half-games, of course.
Kirby and the Amazing Mirror: damn badass in all aspects.
Sonic Advance 2 & 3: very good in both level designs and music.
Sonic Battle: pretty fun, good music. Repetitive much, though.
Summon Night - Swordcraft Story 1 & 2: very good, a bit easy but some replay value if you care about character interaction.
Sword of Mana: quite delicious remake with a somewhat oversized script update.
Legend of Zelda - the Minish Cap: hey, it's not Ganon this time ! And your hat is an annoying old cronie... Still better than fucking Navi

Also various moonspeak stuff like Black Matrix Zero, Magical Vacation, Narikiri Dungeon 2 & 3, Summoner's Lineage, Samurai Evolution and Swordcraft Story 3... but it's not like you'll play these.
