Sonic in Smash, huh? Yeah, I was freakin' surprised by that! And the whole EGM April Fools thing got me pretty good back in '02. Hope he's not too hard to control.

Yeah, who could forget that EGM April Fools thing? That got me pretty good. But, who would've guessed they'd add him into the fray? Now if only they could squeeze Crono in there....

wow I wouldn't have noticed that, are you scitso?

aside from the mother series or pokemon (big nintendo titles) I doubt we're going to see RPG game characters, although I could be wrong, I just figure that they'll nab action characters like snake, the belmonts, and megaman first.

I'd be happy to be suprised though.

a golden sun or pokemon on a home console would be happy. (no all other pokemon wannabe console games don't count)

I'm actually pretty dissappointed in not seeing Mewtwo as one of the characters. He was my favorite along with Ness, who has apparently been changed for Lucas.

I mean really, though. Other than FE, Mother, and Pokemon, what does Nintendo have for RPGs? Most of the Mario RPGs' characters can come from normal Mario games.

Fire Emblem is a strategy game first and foremost, and you're right, all I was saying was that it's unlikely that they'll pull RPG characters from anything but their AAA titles, and certainly not 3rd Party RPGs (at least not until the next smash bros)

I think they bought the rights to Crystalis off of SNK. Not that either company's shown a lot of interest in exploiting that one.

There's a possibility that Mewtwo can be a unlockable character. I wouldn't be surprised if it is one.

yeah, I doubt they'll remove Mew Two, although they'll prolly modify him just like any other character to change with the new balance and nature of the game.

Hell no. If I wanted a furry batman with super powers, I'd go to furnation.

Seriously though, It'd be awesome to see the hero from Crystalis (Simea?) and his four weapons in Brawl, thought I'd be happy even if he just where an assist trophy. Little mac has a bit more fame and yet he's just that.

His default name was "S N K" if you pressed start without entering a name. Or ______ if you pressed continue without having game over'ed in the current play session.

The GBC version was a mockery and I refuse to acknowledge it as existing.

Honestly, I think he'd be best labelled as "The Hero" or some such. Nintendo would probably badge him Simea because they hate me.

It probably won't happen either way. But I guess after Kid Icarus, anything is possible.
