Fucking bullshit. He's just a Duke look-alike which in turn is a Terminator look-alike. T-100 found out that he's too heavy to jump?

Since the NES Bionic Commando came out in 1988, and Duke showed up first in 1991, I'd tend to disagree... though Terminator did come out in 1984, so there's at least a small portion of validity to your complaint...

He just looks like a red haired dude with sunglasses on. He's not even buff... I really, honestly wouldn't be surprised if this was the original concept art for the NES game. The drawing doesn't even look slightly contemporary, you know? "Cool characters" in the 80s all had sunglasses, to make a rash generalization
