Super Virgin Girl?

Super Virgin Girl?
A few years back, my half-brother passed away, and I got a CD-R with a bunch of SNES & NEO-GEO games. Now, my half-brother was a bit of an anime nut, and was in fact studying Japanese- as is evidenced by the number of untranslated ROMs on the disc.
One of these ROMs was an odd fighter in the style of Street Fighter II called Super Virgin Girl. I googled the name, and just got a bunch of ROM sites and... a Naruto fanfic for some reason. Anyways, can someone tell me what this thing is besides the obvious?

It's a hack of japanese SNES fighter called Super V.G. aka Super Variable Geo.

It's not even a hack. Just a horribly mislabelled ROM image.Agozer wrote:It's a hack of japanese SNES fighter called Super V.G. aka Super Variable Geo.

Actually, I think some idiot somewhere "corrected" the header info. I seem to recall griping about that way back in the day. But to the best of my knowledge, nobody ever altered the actual game data.

At least it's not live action. Heard of that Thai sitcom where the female villain is gang-raped by 12 men as her payback for being a bitch? And this was a 'good' thing?

To be fair, that's not in the SNES version.I.S.T. wrote:Jesus H. Christ on a Pogo stick reciting the National Anthem!Agozer wrote:It's a hack of japanese SNES fighter called Super V.G. aka Super Variable Geo.

And the japanese PC game market has been fucked up from day one.

I want to know the name of this so I can warn my sister not to download it if she sees it on an anime web site. My family has almost infamously bad luck, and it's quite possible she will come across it one day.

Yes, I know, but it'd likely to pop up on her searches. She's already turned up art from several hentai games(It was character art taken from a non-hentai scene) without even realizing it, and, well, I do not trust my family's luck at all.Metatron wrote:It's not anime, it was this popular Thai live action sitcom.
I THINK they changed the ending after protests from feminist groups saying that uh, rape is a fucking serious crime you twats.

Nothin' wrong with that.I.S.T. wrote:Yes, I know, but it'd likely to pop up on her searches. She's already turned up art from several hentai games(It was character art taken from a non-hentai scene) without even realizing it
I'm still kind of annoyed that Fate is an H game. I think my little sister would LOVE it, but like hell I'm recommending porn to my little sister.
Isn't that the one which was adapted into Tsukihime or whatever the fuck that H-Anime was called? I tried to watch that once, skipping through the plot as I wasn't all that concerned with it at the time(TO PUT IT MILDLY). I said "Fuck this shit" after the guy who rapes the main character at the end of the first volume winds up with her at the end of the series.

Fate Stay/Night was adapted into a non-H anime called Fate Stay/Night.
I've got no idea which one you're thinking of.
I was thinking of this: http://www.romhacking.net/trans/827/
I don't keep track of these things very much, so I got my H-games confused.

Ah. Same developer, different game.I.S.T. wrote:I was thinking of this: http://www.romhacking.net/trans/827/

Yeah, to be honest, I don't keep half as much track of H games as this thread makes it sound.
I just know Fate. And I saw the anime first, actually.
