probably, it's just hard to understand what 'i download it but zsnes cant read it' means.Ichinisan wrote:99% chance, I bet he's trying to execute the patch with ZSNES.
If you have Windows XP, try to browse the zip file ("Compressed Folder") that you downloaded and tell us what you see inside. If there is a file ending in "IPS", then you do not have the ROM image file. You have a patch that can be applied to the ROM image file. If you don't see an IPS file, tell us the names of the files that you do see. If you did not download a zip file, let us know what the filename is.high_elf_89 wrote:thats what i wanted to know zsnes coudn't read the f****g bahamut lagoon roms and i was asking if some1 would help me dang it

Not necessarily, although most of the time it probably will be.Paul Bunyan wrote:2 as Ichinisan said, you need a ROM file, they are usually zipped, but if you unzip them, the extension will be .smc

Considering he is from Quebec, I imagine he speaks French.Magus` wrote:If you don't speak english natively, try speaking it in your native tongue, someone here is bound to understand.
Unless you are a native english speaker and just fucking retarded.
He was saying that there are at least five different *valid* SNES ROM image filename extensions.adventure_of_link wrote:AgreedMalcster wrote:Not necessarily, although most of the time it probably will be.Paul Bunyan wrote:2 as Ichinisan said, you need a ROM file, they are usually zipped, but if you unzip them, the extension will be .smcI was browsing for GBA ROMs at college, and one site was crazy enough to upload them all in native *.gba format instead of zipping them first.
That wouldn't be a problem.Evan wrote:Considering he is from Quebec, I imagine he speaks French.Magus` wrote:If you don't speak english natively, try speaking it in your native tongue, someone here is bound to understand.
