It downloads it, asks to install it, i install it, next time i reboot it asks to download/install it again o_o should I just hide that update?

you typod the article #, so i can't research.
if this is .net framework SP1, there's an earlier hotfix you'll need to uninstall first to install SP1.
Why yes, my shift key *IS* broken.

Google search reveals you should uninstall silverlight.
Whether or not you install it again, is entirely another matter.
