no one ever told you to gargle salt water for a sore throat/congestion?

breaks up mucus, so running it through your nasal passages would do the same, right?

i don't think anyone's come up with a more convenient way to run warm salted water through your nose.

my girlfriend has one of these and it seriously helps her - she used to have sinus headaches constantly, and it's been months now since she's had one.

skeeves me out, though... don't know if i could use one.

who's "they?" it's not like there's a single brand or anything. the one my gf got had salt packets, sure, but the directions give the proper mix instructions if you're not so lazy you just buy more of the pre-measured packets.
