... my phone
Hello, I was wondering since my dad pointed out that the USB adapter and appropriate computer device, will fast charge the phone battery, while the Wall Charger slowly charges the battery. Is it possible to make my USB Adapter/computer slowly charge the battery like the Wall Charger does?
My phone will get flat even plugged into my PC and will get so flat that it can't turn on. To charge it under such circumstances, I have to use A Wall Charger because the computer no longer recognizes it as A device.
Question, is there A way to stop USB from fast charging...

It doesn't sound like fast charging is the problem here.
It sounds more to me like your cellphone is obeying the USB spec and not drawing more current than it's allowed while connected to your computer.
USB was never MEANT to charge batteries, nor to power high-drain devices.
No device connected to an actual USB interface can draw more than a half an amp and still adhere to the standard.
That's not an awful lot of power.
In other words, use the charger for charging. Don't ask us how to make your phone ignore the spec it's adhering to.

Ah, thanks for the information, I will seek out A Wall Charger to place on my computer desk then

The amount of capitals in your posts is astounding enough for me to point it out.
