I was playing Final Fantasy2 today via Zsnes
and I accidentally saved state right before I got wiped out
Im basically stuck now so that everytime i reload that state i get wiped
by this Bad ass boss
regardless of what I do and I have no in game saves because I find them unreliable. So I'm basically stuck with my only options being reload the state and get killed instantly or restart the entire game
My question is: Is there any way that I can somehow revert back to my last save state so that i can play the game from the previous save?
Question about save states

Not really... you could try using the rewind feature (if the emu is still running), but that's no guarentee you will recover.
You should try to define a save directory.. so that in-game saves will actually be stored somewhere.

Rewind only works when used right off the bat, deathlike. Not likely here.
That's a lesson about relying on states because real saves are "unreliable".
And btw, in-game saves are the most reliable thing we have, in comparison.
