I'm searching a specific SNES game

I cannot remember the name, only what it is about. I hope someone here wil recognize it.

It's a game ala' Super Mario Cart, where you can race or drive in a battle arena. In the arena the objetive is the push other drivers to the wall until it is destroyed. resulting in your opponent to fall off the arena.

The drivers can "bash" the the sides to hit other cars. And all have a special ability that pushes the other driver away from them.

Frankenstein car, has ghosts come out of the trunk.
A ferrari like car has a big horn comming out of the trunk.

I'm afraid i cannot recal other cars. I hope you can help.
