bsnes locales

This thread is for language locales that translate the bsnes user interface into other languages. I'll use it to keep up-to-date status information, to hopefully try and avoid duplicated translations when possible.

I'm unfortunately not able to post locales immediately once sent to me, because I lack a remote-update system (don't really want one -- too many security issues), and can only post them from home where I keep all the website files and such.

As always, I'm extremely grateful to those who have submitted translation locales to me. I'm very sorry for the delays in getting these posted.

pig latin isn't a language, try something like Klingon instead.

I'll only host real languages, but I don't mind others posting fake / joke / dead languages here or wherever else.
