Hello everyone,
As a member of Hurt's forum and avid fan of the band, I would first like to mention that the above listed "hurtmanager" is nothing more than a spammer, and should be treated as such.

Secondly, there have been reports of leaks of this album, all of which the real manager for the band has stepped in civilly to resolve the issue. I can assure you that the person making these slanders has no actual part within the band or it's management. This is not how the band, it's management, or even true fans of this band wish to be seen.

I encourage all of you to check out the band and it's music, and not let one persons poor judgment and ability to use the internet (no matter how ineffective it may be) stop you from at least checking to see if you would enjoy the music that this band has made.

I would personally like to apologize on behalf of our community and ask that you please continue to remove this "persons" posts.

The person posing as byuu here isn't associated with this site, byuu or BSNES at all. It's some idiot trying to hurt byuu for some damn reason. Could you please inform them it's some idiot trying to stir shit up?

There is legal action that can be taken from what I've been researching. First, a restraining order can be filed and their ISP notified, which will no doubt suspend their account and at least legally prevent them from starting accounts on the board (violating this is the same as violating a physical restraining order). Also, charges can be pressed for the person trying to impersonate someone in order to involve them in illegal activites.

Basically if the admins want to get serious, you can put the law on your side and get this person into a world of legal hurt. I've seen it done on political forums before. If its a kid, you can hit his/her parents with the legal action since they are responsible for what the child does on their internet connection.

I have already done so. The posts will be removed, this much I am certain of. As to the extent of what will happen to their account, well, that is would be up to the management and forum moderators I suppose.

No need to apologize, if anything I offer you my apologies for having to deal with this on your forum. It's a nutcase from here causing the trouble in the first place. Thanks for being so understanding about it. On the bright side, free publicity for both of us, right? :D

Meh, only thing that bothers me is the burden to you guys. Need to find a way to block Tor registrations, I guess.

unfortunately for all of us, this "person" is using a proxy(ies?) as well as pry using TOR. :\

unfortunately in this case there's not much that can be done here
