I think that's an uninspired first post. What are YOUR thoughts?

I guess they are pretty irrelevant now that they have disbanded.
From what I understand, they were nothing more than a bunch of script kiddies hiding behind tor. Really, if they had any success at all at infiltrating company and government computers, it is a sad reflection on the level of protection they had for their systems.

Re: So...Lolzsec
point noted.
overall, i think that they were pretty pathetic. at the least, they probably got a few people to start using different passwords, and hopefully got a few companies to implement better security. i was getting really tired of seeing them in my video game news every other day. the only attack of theirs that affected me was their NWN forum breach. so they know a few games that i've registered with bioware, and have an out-dated user/pass of mine.
the part i liked best was when they tried to move on to larger, more important targets and were pretty quickly decimated by other groups that had grown tired of them. add to that their exit "press release" which stated that their information being leaked and an arrest being made weren't the reason, but that they were totally done after 50 days anyway and that was the plan from the beginning.
all in all, a pitiful group of people who ended up not being able to play with the big boys.

It is Lulzsec.
Also, were they the ones behind the BW forums hack? I thought no one had claimed that.

Well they lose supporters the moment they released information about the police as they are now seen as being sided with the drug lords. I won't be surprised if other hackers turn against them and expose them.
Yes I know that my grammar sucks!
