ImageMagick does a nice job converting and resizing images:

convert (that large picture).jpg -geometry 200x200 -quality 85 avatar.jpg

(The geometry option will resize to aspect ratio, fitting it inside the dimensions you specify.)

The GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP), Paint.NET, or Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop may also help with that, if you prefer.

Or you could ask someone here to resize it for you and upload to imgur or similar.

Eh, I think for future reference I am just going to comprise a list of which games I play for SNES netplay. I probably should of done this in the first place since not everyone plays the same games and wants something specific. I rather not just randomly show up on hamachi networks and am more geared towards a scheduled session because its less time wasted.

I've had the ZSNES Emulator for a while, but it was just recently I discovered the Netplay feature, since I haven't been using the program that frequently.
