Chrono Trigger Problem

I finished Chrono Trigger and im having a problem.

I want to replay the game but with my current levels and upgrades, but it wont let me. :?

Any advice?

New Game+ is only unlocked if you get the good ending.

I have a CT problem; there is no Chrono Break on the horizon.

And even if there was, SquareEnix would find a way to mess it up just like they did Not-Parasite Eve.
