WHAT IS THIS GAME?

i used to have this game but my computer got wiped and i cant for the life of me remember what its called :x

in the game you are a asian guy and his father gets killed and you have to try and find out who killed him. you run about the streets and ask the locals questions to find out information about the murder!

this is all i can remember of it :(

please someone know what this game is!

i really wanna play it again :)

It for sure sounds like Shenmue, although I was unaware that there was a PC version.
