I have noticed the in battle graphical glitches that tend to occur during the character(s) chatting in battle
like Relm's battle intro...
I have attached an 7zip archive with screen shots of
just before the glitch and to its last screen shot of it happening....
still not sure why its happening...

ps:
I did do a quick search but didn't find anything most relevant...
so I created a new topic.. ;D

you don't like hearing that we don't need bug reports against the old version of zsnes, do you?

I compiled this version myself ^_^
v1.51 and it is FuSoYa-8MB_R1 version of the source
plus it has the fixes thx to Kode54 for fixing zloader.c so to fix argc/argv issue so it would compile with
MinGW (v4.8.1) and run on windows..
ZSNES(v1.51) startup crash compiled on MinGW (v4.8.1)
plus I noted since I do a debug build so I can debug it if I notice something =D =D ^_^.
I have in a different folder a copy of v1.52 (just before the GUI change, broken audio...

Re: Final Fantasy 3 (aka FF6) - Graphical Glitches
The patches you talk about do not change the emulation cores, so the issues are the same as the old 1.51.
We get that you want to help, but we already know that one.
If you find some weird thing in an obscure game, you can report it, especially if it's easy to reproduce. More test cases to check the various fixes when we get around to that.
Consider the popular games completely trounced in that regard.

I don't play any obscure games as far as I know... other then new fan translations of RPGs that never made it into English...
