Well, first of all I appreciate a lot all the work dejap has been doing. Of course, we don't have any right to ask for anything. Even less to harass like snake_eater (calling them bunch of liars).

BUT... I think that, even if no work has been done in the whole year (which could be understandable), Dark Force could at least have written a small update of the page. Only 2 lines would have been enough, a tiny 10 minutes within the whole year to update this page would calm down many people. Even if those lines only say "i've done nothing and all will be delayed"... but if nothing happens, loads of people will believe again that dejap is dead and they will keep sending negative mails... you know about this.

I know this the kind of topic that tends to end locked, but I've spoken only from common sense and respect. If nobody will follow this advice, there could be quite some bad feelings about dejap. 1 year without any news is a bit too long...

Mmm... I see. But, well, if nobody can actually do anything with this page, then the page is useless. Why not creating a new page? Even if it's only temporary, it would allow dejap team to communicate with people. There are several ways if they really will to write.

It's funny like most people around here keep telling people to be patient and polite, but get to rudeness so easily. I guess you have a better solution... we are wanting to read it.

look, no matter how far fatched it sounds to you, please realize that darkforce and other translators have a life outside of playing and translating games.

you may not realize it, but darkforce and others are not prepubescent no-life nerds who live in their parent's homes playing games all day. they actually have to find a job, a shelter, and not to mention paying their way through college and worrying about their studies. and *gasp* they actually have girlfriends whom they must maintain healthy relationships with. they are only translating games out of free will and taking out their precious time to make people like you happy.

so please stop whining about how darkforce can do things to make your life easier, im sure, he has more than enough to do already. you should feel lucky enough you get to play these games translated for free in the first place.

Some also have to do stuff like raising kids which is sometimes a full time job, especially now during flu season.

We specifically say not to ask these questions. So why do you ask? Darkforce has had to endure several hardships this year, as I understand, so I certainly understand why he doesn't take priority to worry about a hobby.
