Type "Chrono Trigger cheats" in google, and I'm sure you will get lots of results.

huh? No, I'm pretty sure it's ROM because on google when I put RAM it just says spelling error thing and a link that says ROM.

The text says "GAME GENIE CODES FOR SUPER NES(tm)" so it's for the SNES cartridge ROM.

(The PSX version is also a ROM: CD-ROM.)

Oddly enough the japanese rom is actually a bin file on the chrono trigger psx cd...

damn it. When I put in the cheats and lvl up all that remains is full health. Everyother thing (attack,defense) all go back to normal.

Chrono Trigger is awful easy anyhow. Eh, whatever. Whenever I cheat SNES games, I prefer to edit a savestate or something. Yay for Hex Editors and the "Find" command.
