Is it possible, on this emulator (ZSNES) or with whatever other one/software to, for example use the mouse key as keyboard key ? Could I assign A (running) with left mouse button and B (jumping) with right button ? USB Mouse

ZSNES doesn't currently let you do this. No idea about others.

Autohotkey might be able to remap mouse buttons to keyboard keys. It's a bit overkill but it might do the job.
Maybe these people were born without that part of their brain that lets you try different things to see if they work better. --Retsupurae
