Very minor GUI bug in the DOS port

Since there have been GUI bugfixes, I'll mention this. I mentioned it to Nach on IRC, but I'll post it here.

Tested on ZSNES DOS 1.41 RC2.

1. In the DOS port, go to Netplay-->IPX.
2. Click "Okay" on the "IPX is in beta stages" screen.
3. Cancel IPX.
4. The "IPX is in beta stages" screen will be back again. Here's where the GUI bug is; you will not be able to click "Okay".

This screen probably shouldn't pop up after cancelling IPX.

I tried it back on a small 4 PC network in 99. and it didn't work.

I never got it to work either. I wonder if anyone ever did.
