Bubsy bug...

Post by F-3582 »

Hi, I'd like to keep this short:

Bubsy - Clawed Encounters of the Third (err Furred) Kind has some problems with ZSNES: After some time of playing the screen gets full of glitches (screenshot attached).

The easiest way is to reproduce this one is to stay as high as possible in the first stage and use the two slides you'll encounter (they have a section that flips the screen over). After the second you'll first see glitches in the background and sometimes when entering that bonus stage I posted a screenshot of, you'll see mayor glitches.

It is not a ROM problem and Snes9x plays this game without problems.

Try running with 120% execution (edit the config file).

OK, this is the picture. Keep in mind that this doesn't come always when entering a bonus stage, but if it does, the rest of the game will be messed up, too.

The version I'm using is 1.42, but this bug keeps coming since...well, I suppose, the first versions. At least all the ones I've tried, yet.
